Privacy Policy
Last updated 5 November 2026
This policy covers the website at techpri.me, run by Techprime. Techprime Suite, our SaaS product at suite.techpri.me, has its own privacy policy. Questions go to hello@techpri.me.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address, company, what you are interested in, your budget range and your message.
- Security data. Your IP address, used briefly to limit repeat submissions, and the check result from Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps keep spam out of the form.
- Usage data. Pages visited, device and browser details, and how you move around the site, collected by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These tools use cookies or similar technology. Clarity can record how a visitor scrolls and clicks on a page.
- Server logs. Standard web server records, such as IP address, the page requested and the time.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a confirmation that we received it.
- To keep the site and the contact form secure and free of spam.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who handles it
- Hostinger hosts the website and carries our email, so contact form messages pass through and are kept in our mailbox.
- Cloudflare provides the Turnstile bot check on the contact form.
- Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) provide usage measurement.
- Cal.id runs the booking page when you schedule a call. Its own terms and privacy policy apply there.
These providers may process data outside your country.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are not stored in a website database. They are delivered by email and kept in our mailbox for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@techpri.me. Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you further rights, and you can complain to your local regulator. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
